What Should I Know About E-Commerce Web Hosting?
If you sell your products and services online through your web site or network of websites, you must be aware of all the fundamental concepts about e-commerce and how it relates to your web hosting service. We'll discuss the fundamental and basics of e-commerce web hosting in this article. It is much easier for a consumer or customer to go to your website from the comfort of his home and buy your products and services. But getting people to buy something online is much more difficult than what it seems to be. No one would like to purchase anything from a website or portal which doesn't looks professional, secure and safe. The customer is always afraid of losing his money. For him the money transaction should be safe, secure and hassle-free. An e-commerce transaction performed by a customer should be fast, efficient and secure. For this the web hosting company should provide 24/7 customer support (in case of critical issues) plus it should be backboned by dedicated servers with high performance. Always check out the credibility, history and testimonials of the web hosting provider before getting into the e-commerce hosting plan. You'll lose your sell and customers if your e-commerce website tends to be slow and painful for the customer during the transaction. A nice looking product catalog will add up to your website and may help in cross promoting the products and services. Checkout whether the web hosting service offers any product catalog service which you can use on your website. A great looking shopping cart will be a plus point for your website. It will build the confidence and faith in your service and might help boost the sale. Many web hosting solutions offers customizable shopping carts which you can integrate with your website. A customer always expects flexible payment methods. Not every person owns a credit card in this world and he or she still want to buy products online. Lack of flexibility might lose your sell and potential customers. It is always better to keep multiple payment options like Credit Card, Wire Transfer, Invoice, Check, Purchase Order and PayPal. After all a happy customer is what is expected at the end of the day. Ben Huang,

Multi Level Marketing Principles
Multi level marketing or MLM is a business model that creates an opportunity for the average person, who is teachable, and who has desire and perseverance, to earn extra income from the comforts of their home. Legitimate multi-level marketing companies usually require a small start-up cost. Multi-level marketing relies on selling to consumers and establishing a market for quality products. That is, once you have a happy customer (customer service is one of the things reps get compensated for, a potential reason it's not easy or to everyone's liking, and may be a reason so many don't succeed), you can rely on repeat sales and repeat commissions. In the majority of multi-level marketing programs, commissions are paid way down the line so the more people you and your team bring on, the better. The multi level marketing form of business practice has received a fair amount of negative press and to be honest in some cases justifiably so. The reason for this is due to the number of pyramid schemes. Pyramid schemes, however, are not concerned with sales of the products. Pyramid sales involve schemes in which the right to sell new memberships in the pyramid are sold under the guise of selling a product. While you may find that some pyramid schemes will offer a product for sale, the product is sold from one level to another instead of selling to customers. Distributors at the bottom are then left with a large volume of overpriced goods that cannot be sold. Nevertheless, multi-level marketing still has mass appeal to many individuals looking to escape the corporate world. Before you start your journey into multi-level marketing, remember the simple fact that even the most successful products will have partial market penetration. Still, some entrepreneurs have built very successful companies on this concept because the main focus of their activities is their product and product sales. Remember, no marketing plan will ever decide your multi-level marketing success. Sell yourself first, then the products and the marketing plan. Successful distributors, who have recruited and trained a large number of sellers, also have to assume ongoing wholesaling and managing responsibilities as well as making sales to their own retail customers. The most successful network marketers today are merely using their relationships to inspire others to purchase specific products. The ability to start with a program that you find interesting and beneficial to you is a key component to success. Indeed, multi-level marketing by its very nature entails that all participants strive to assist each other in making a successful business to enrich the group as a whole. MLM Training - Network Marketing in the 21st Century
By Katrina Harris
The top network marketers and home based business entrepreneurs have changed and adapted to the new world of network marketing. They recognize that success in this business requires a different approach when dealing with prospects. Unfortunately, our business has had a bad reputation and a large portion of this can be attributed to aggressive sales techniques and pressuring people to join. Three ways that top network marketers are successful growing their businesses are covered in this article. These include building a relationship first, qualifying the prospect and developing a curiosity in your business opportunity. If you are not using these 3 approaches in your network marketing business, you could be wasting your valuable time. Build a Relationship First. As an MLM business owner, you are a networker in the truest meaning of the word. Don't just focus on building a relationship with potential prospects, have a genuine interest in people and build a relationship with everyone. A vital component in building a relationship is the art of listening. Learn to listen to what is being said and how it is being said. Remember that a strong relationship is built on trust, and you will need to instill trust in your prospect if you are to share your opportunity with them. Qualify the prospect. When attracting people into your team you must focus on the most qualified prospects. As many as 90% of network marketing business owners quit in their first year, so your job is to recruit those that have a greater chance of success. So 'how do I do that?' you may be asking? My simple answer is to focus on leaders. I did this through PAYING proven leaders to join my team! That's right, I sponsored their set up costs and sent them on their way. What a great decision that was! I recently learned this technique from some dynamic MLM Trainers that I invited to speak on a teleseminar for a small group of my contacts and colleagues. If you are not having much success with finding or keeping new team members, try this alternative approach. Develop a curiosity in your business opportunity. The easiest way to develop a curiosity in your business is to be a great example of happiness and success. If you are in the health and wellness business, for example, be a walking picture of health and fitness and behave in a positive and energetic way all the time. People will ask you where you get all your energy and vitality from, which is the curiosity line you have been waiting for. The other way to develop curiosity is to ask the right questions. Once you have listened to them (see building a relationship above) you can then ask well directed questions that will raise your prospect's interest. These are just 3 suggested areas you should focus on if you are looking at ways to grow yourself and your network marketing business. Review and practice these methods until you are skilled at interacting with people and I guarantee that you will see success in your business. The Basics of Making Money With Your Ecommerce Web Site
There are just four basic ways to make money from your web site. You can sell products and services. You can sell subscriptions or memberships. You can make money from advertising. And you can use your site to generate referrals and commissions. Most businesses only use one or maybe two of the four. You can increase your direct revenue and your opportunities for cross-promotion if you consider them all. Here's a review of what you need for each. In every case you want to deliver what your customers expect and automate as much of the process as possible. You can make money on your site by selling things. You can sell products or services, but to make money you have to make sure you have mastered the details. No matter what you're selling you'll need a good shopping cart software solution. Today's online shoppers expect the option to be able to pay with credit cards and with PayPal both as well as completing transactions completely online. Your shopping cart solution should calculate totals, shipping charges and sales tax automatically. If you're selling physical products, make sure you've worked out all the fulfillment details. Make sure that you have a shipping and inventory system that will deliver great service to your customers. Since the net is a worldwide phenomenon, you may get orders from other countries. How will you handle them? You can also sell digital products such as e-books and Special Reports. Buyers will expect to be able to download their digital product as soon as they've completed paying. You can sell services. Many companies are conducting classes on the web, called "webinars." You'll need to be able to take orders and send acknowledgements to those who sign up. You'll also need a reliable way to deliver your webinar. You can make money on your site by having subscribers or members who pay you a fee. A membership or subscription fee is simply payment for privileged access. People will pay for access to current content, to archives, to services or to other people. Determine what mix of these is best for your business. Make sure you can handle subscription payments, acknowledgements and renewals. You can make money on your site from advertising. This used to be quite complicated. But today, with Google's AdSense program just about any site can generate advertising revenue. You can make money on your site by using your site for referrals and commissions. On the web, these are called "affiliate programs." They can help you make money two ways. When you send business to another site using an affiliate link, you generate a modest fee for yourself. Whenever you recommend a product or service on your site, check to see if there's an affiliate program that will pay you for the link. Your own affiliate program can help you draw more desirable traffic to your site. You'll need software to help you keep track of the business that affiliates send your way. There are standalone packages for this, but affiliate software is also part of most sophisticated shopping cart packages. None of these items is rocket science. So use this article as a checklist and take a look at online shopping cart software and ecommerce providers like 1AutomationWiz.com to help you automate all of these methods on your ecommerce web site. The bottom line in increasing revenue is using as many of the above income generation methods as you can, as effectively as possible. It's another case of how the marketing magic is in the mix.

MLM - Network Marketing - What To Expect And What To Avoid
Between the scam artists and pyramid scheme operators it is getting more and more difficult to operate MLM and appear honest and ethical. People instantly think of the bad press and negativity in MLM. Also receiving the right type of help once you are in MLM is difficult. Your upline may not support you, the company provided training may not cater for the new distributor very well. And all across the internet there are countless thousands of self appointed "guru's" just waiting to take your hard earned cash in exchange for an e-book or manual of some rehashed and basic information about the industry, all of which can be found free of charge in the right places. There is a fool proof plan for success in MLM: Advertise to a target market. Respond to the request for information Show the prospective business partner your information presentation Allow them to make an informed decision on your company/products Collect the decision. Wash, Rinse, repeat. But it is becoming harder to gain the trust of people and show them that MLM is a genuine route to market for companies, most of which choose this business model as the only route to market for them. there are thousands of companies who choose this business model and the industry is very profitable for the people who utilise it and operate it with planned and applied learnign and methods. It is essential that you tread with care through the minefield that is network marketing and before shelling out the huge amounts of cash that the so-called "guru's" would have you believe is needed for their manual, take a good look around at what you may find for free. Opportunities for Home Business Affiliate
There are quite a numbers of affiliates to choose from if you are looking for one to join in the web. There several types of affiliate companies and I will break it down into factors that differentiate these types of companies. • Legitimacy • Services or products offered • Online or/and offline • Training offered • Turnarounds • Size of members/affiliates • Initial price to join • Compensation plan Just let me briefly explain about these factors. Legitimate companies are companies that are registered with the national business registry of that country the company belongs to. No one will ever choose an illegitimate company to join as you will be considered a criminal too! Some companies offer services like life coaching, rehabilitations program, networking programs, link exchange programs and so on. But most of the affiliate companies sell products like softwares, ebooks, consumer products, holidays, properties and so on. Some companies do not have online affiliations and they are considered the traditional types and online companies are currently the majorities as internet access is so available now. Training offered by some companies is very comprehensive while others are only train by only a small group of people. Obviously some companies are quite big while the rest are medium to small turnaround companies. Some companies have many affiliates while some have a small focus numbers of affiliates. Some companies charge you from $10 to $1000 dollars while others are free to join. Some companies offer very clear and precise comprehension plan while others are not so. Well if you are new to these affiliates marketing, you really have to be careful not to join illegitimate companies. You should beware of quick rich scheme slogans as the saying goes "if it is too good to be true, it is". So you should only consider companies that provide you facts and not to stir up your emotions for their own benefits. Next, choose a company that offers quality products or services. People tend to forget that our free economy world works this way - if there is no value added to your effort, no wealth will be generated. To put it simply, a company can and will only add wealth if a company sells products or services above the cost to generate the products or services in the first place. A company, whether it is an online or offline is not an issue, although an online company will be able to market it to the whole world quickly and effectively. Next, a quality affiliate company should be able to provide quality training whether free or at a small fee. Well if a company is not willing to train you, it does not want you to succeed to earn yourselves and themselves more wealth. Well, turnaround alone does not say much but it has to be viewed together with the number of employees and affiliates in that company. Again, the number of affiliates alone will only give an indication but the rate it is getting employees or affiliates will have more meaning if it is on an expansion plan. The initial cost to join as an affiliate should be free or very little cost. If a company charges a huge sum of money to join is indeed very suspicious. A compensation plan should be enticing but yet practical and should not promise something that is one in a million. There are a few companies out there which have most if not all of the features that I just mentioned. One of them is SFI. You could research this company on the net and elsewhere and you can find the quality features in them. To find out more you could join SFI as an affiliate for FREE and you will have access to a wealth of information within their huge site by clicking my site www.funbrainpuzzle.com and click the SFI link. How To Overcome Your Fear Of Marketing An MLM
Fear is an interesting emotion. It is one that is based purely on the perceptions within one's own mind and can often be paralyzing. Have you felt paralyzed in your MLM business? Unable to make those follow up calls or you clam up when you talk to someone about your business? Seemingly stuck in some sort of rut? Well, you might be suffering from a bout of fear. Wikipedia defines fear as an emotional response to impending danger, that is tied to anxiety. They go on to say the following: Fear is a powerful, unpleasant feeling of risk or danger, either real or imagined. Fear can also affect the subconscious and unconscious mind. What does that mean and how does it relate to MLM fears? In a nutshell, it means that we create our own fears as a result of anxiety. But that the emotion is so powerful that it affects our thought patterns without us even realizing it. It is the reason why it is easier to work on organizing your business instead of contacting leads to build it. How do I know? I have been there. The first step is admitting you have a problem. So, ask yourself, what are you afraid of? - Rejection? - Failure? - Making a mistake? The somber truth is that you are human and these things will probably happen anyway. It is a part of life. On the flip side, if you can turn those fears into positive energy, there is no limit to what you can do! How do you turn it around? Basically, you need to re-wire your brain. No, I don't mean let some mad scientist go to work in your head. What I do mean is that you have to change your thought patterns. Here are some ways how: - Build your skill set - as you learn how to market, your confidence will grow. - Practice scripts to gain experience - this will not only help you overcome your fear, but it will make you a great marketer as well. - Believe in yourself - visualization and affirmations can be a real help here. Work on your mental messages, those things that you say to yourself. Develop positive images and messages, seeing yourself marketing your business, with confidence. You can also say positive affirmations morning and night to help your brain make the connection that you can do this. Re-wiring is not easy, but it is necessary to change the pattern that is so ingrained in your mind. If you are struggling with fear in your MLM, seriously take the time to understand the reasons why. Once you understand that, you are on your way to turning that strong negative emotion into powerful positive energy for your business. Good luck to you. I know you can do it!

Quick Ecommerce - 5 Smart Steps to Generate Income In Ecommerce
By Sean R Mize
One of the most popular forms of businesses nowadays is ecommerce. This is because the Internet has allowed us to conduct business and make more profit in an efficient way. Before, all business was localized in such a way that they were conducted in offices and in person. But now, you can make a transaction without ever having to meet anyone face to face. Indeed, we now live in times where everyone can be an entrepreneur and people now get to have more ways of making good income - all thanks to ecommerce. And to help you get started with this, here are five smart steps that you can take in order to generate income in ecommerce: 1. First, you need to think of a good business that you can conduct online. Make sure that there is a great demand for a product or service that you are going to offer. 2. Come up with a good business plan. You need to take in all considerations of the business - the production costs, promotion, service and solutions aspects all come into play and all must be given a lot of serious effort. 3. You ought to research about your target market in order to see what they expect from products and services. The findings of your research must be applied to the product or service that you offer so they will be motivated to buy from your site. 4. Plan your promotion very well. A business will not flourish if nobody knows about it. Do not just settle for the small consumer base that you have initially gathered - be aggressive and expand all the time. 5. And finally, always provide means to communicate with your clients. Show them that you value their feedback and look forward to helping them get acquainted with the product or service that they availed from you. Do you want to learn more about how I do it? I have just completed my brand new guide to ecommerce success, 'Secrets of Ecommerce for Profit' Download it free here: Ecommerce Profit Sean Mize is a full time internet marketer who has written over 1574 articles in print and 11 published ebooks. | |

Where Do You Place Your MLM Business In Your Marketing Funnel?
Let's explore a simple, but widely misunderstood philosophy and business model:
First of all, let me define what a marketing/prospecting funnel is.
Picture a funnel (wide at the top, narrow at the bottom). A prospecting or marketing funnel starts at the top - where prospects first come into contact with you. It's wide at the top and you should be attracting people to the top of your funnel using various forms or marketing.
Now, hopefully you know by now that your job is NOT to prospect. It's to MARKET, getting your stuff and information out to the public view in various ways and attracting quality prospects to YOU. If you are still trying to build your business prospecting people, cold calling, doing meetings, parties, friends and family, etc. - you need to read some of my older articles to get caught up with effective business building in today's market.
If you have passed that stage and are now on to more effective business building - listen closely because I'm about to share something with you that you most likely have never heard or have been shown before. Most people place their primary network marketing business at the top of their funnel, and it is the first thing that their prospects see. Doing it this way gives you absolutely nothing else to offer or show your prospect if he/she decides not to get signed up in your company. That's it, you're done and that prospect no longer has a use for you.
Not only that, but since your first contact with your prospects is simply a pitch for your mlm deal, they see you as just another networker salesman who wants to get them sign up in some company - nothing more. AND, if you are promoting your company first by trying to 'tell the story' or 'show the plan', you essentially are making yourself a non-important part of the picture. See, if that prospect truly wanted to sign up with or buy products from your company from the beginning - they would just call the 800 line and ask for a rep close to them. Why would they need you? What makes you any different than any other rep in your company?
See, anyone can 'follow the plan' and be a good little sheep and a clone of the company, but to be a true leader and a 'big dog' you need to be unique and give people a reason why they would even spend time with you if they can locate a rep right down the street from them.
Ok, back to the funnel!
So, if all you have in your funnel is some network marketing company that 10,000 other reps have as well - how is that really a unique advantage for YOU. and what can you offer prospects that anyone else in your company can't?
Solution?!:
First of all, you need to offer more in your funnel than other networkers do.
Secondly, and very critical here - you need to have those things in your funnel in the PROPER order. If you have more to offer your prospects, they see you as a viable resource and not a salesman. Plus, it gives you a very distinct advantage over the rest of the distributors in your company AND the entire industry. It makes you unique, and it gives prospects a reason to do business with you as opposed to any other rep from 'XYZ Company'.
BUT, if what you have to offer is not in the correct order - it can backfire on you.
So; you don't have your primary mlm business at the top of the funnel and then other stuff after that. People will feel like you are just trying to make a buck off of them and they already signed up in your company, so they feel like you may be taking advantage of them.
What you do first, is you place high-quality free or nearly-free things at the top of your funnel to ATTRACT people to YOU first. Things like a free newsletter, free educational articles, blog entries, free reports, free ebooks, free cd's, free videos, etc. Something that has a real value to your prospects, but doesn't make them commit to buying anything yet.
Then, they can suck on that stuff and digest it as long as they want while they are now in YOUR funnel looking around and coming back to you for more (because they liked what you provided so far, and they are starting to develop trust in you).
After this, you place low-to-medium priced generic training materials, tools, resources, etc. below the free things in your funnel for your prospects. This will continue to provide your prospects with things that they are already looking for and need while furthering the trust factor for you AND allowing you to earn an UPFRONT retail profit BEFORE you spend any personal time with a prospect or whether or not they end up signing up in your residual deal (So, you still get paid). I personally use a few things that allow people to start small and then 'upgrade' when they are ready, as well as some high-ticket items that those who are serious that will take advantage of.
Then, your bigger residual program(s) is/are plugged in to the BOTTOM of the funnel, and you are then able to build it more passively than ever before. The goal here is to passively transition retail customers into a month;y autoship that somehow relates to what they have already bought from you. Since residual income is residual income - I recommend having a few GENERIC residual deals in your funnel so your market expands to the ENTIRE INDUSTRY, and not just to those in a particular segment like nutritional products, skin care, or whatever.
Remember, the goal is to brand YOU, not your company. What happens if your company goes under or makes a bad business decision, or gets raided by the FDA or the FTC? Are your people connected to you or to some company? For example, go type in 'Scott Rogers Network Marketing' in Google and see how much stuff I have out there - and then replace my name with your name, and then replace your name with your sponsors name. This will tell you how well you are marketing and branding yourself, AND how well the people you are following are marketing and branding themselves.
In conclusion, if you position your funnel in the manner which I have displayed - not only will you be very uniquely different, but you will make more money upfront to help you go full time quicker while your residuals build up, AND you will be able to more passively recruit business builders in your primary business, AND you will be able to help your organization to do the same thing and get them into profit mode quicker!
This is just like the business model of Oprah, Costco, HBO, Robert Allen, Tony Robbins, Rachael Ray, and many more - and you can learn it and start applying it right now:

Generic MLM - Top 10 Ways To Create A Sustained Traffic Flow
I believe the internet to be the goldmine and the ways to market any generic MLM as the shovel. Keeping that in mind, you would not use a flat shovel to dig a hole or a round shovel for scraping dirt off concrete. The correct tool is essential to success. Which one to use? How about which ones to use? This is a better question by far. Choose the processes that are going to be enjoyable to you. Then consider the time you have available, the amount of financial investment, and the talents you have to market your generic MLM opportunity. This quickest way to begin marketing generic MLM business opportunities is posting ads on the free Internet based ad sites. The shear quantity of free advertising sites on the net gives confirmation that they are working for somebody. To make them work for you and your business, you will need to spend some time and thought on the ad content and subject line. The magic of advertising is timing. The very same ad could be posted in the fall and the spring but have better results in the spring.Write up about ten different ads and around twenty unique subject lines to rotate between the sites. There are several kinds of free ad sites available to market your generic MLM opportunity. There are manual traffic exchange sites, ad trading sites, and stationary ad sites. The manual traffic exchanges are brilliant. After you sign up as a free member, you start surfing on the site, viewing other ads and gaining points. The points are yours to use for posting ads of your own and allowing others to click and view your sites. Earning these credits keeps your ads up and running. Options for upgrading are very inexpensive if you come across a few that you enjoy clicking around on. Upgrading gives you more points and other benefits. Keep your upgraded sites to three or less. Decide by using the free service until you get comfortable there. Familiarity is essential for real traffic. Getting creative and reading everything you have time for is my second generic MLM way to market. I am not recommending that you "do" everything you read, but gaining this knowledge will trigger creativity in your ads and marketing capabilities. Capturing leads of your own is such a necessary future step that everyone has had this thought cross their minds more than once. This is the answer for most generic MLM marketers. It is also one of the more advanced steps for a great business owner. I am going to save this one for another article, as it will consume an entire essay, but always keep it at the top of your list to spend time learning. Purchasing leads to gain visitors or buyers to your site is a must until you grasp the free or inexpensive generic MLM marketing ideas. But where to get these leads? The better companies supply lead packages to their members. Be very discerning when you venture out to search on your own for purchased leads. Always check with your upline's upline and ask, inquire, and then question some more. Coop's with upline are also a fantastic idea. Banner ads are an overlooked by many, used by few, free or inexpensive generic MLM marketing tool. Again, they are supplied to the members by the better companies and are as easy to use as knowing how to cut and paste. There are trade banner ad sites out there that will let you submit your banner if you will place a company banner on your site as payment. You advertise for others in categories of your choosing, and in turn, others will show your ad banner on their site. This takes little time and no money. A classic no brainer. Once it is up, it is up. No more time, effort, or worry and you have an ad showing to the masses. Banner ads can be used on free ad sites, ezines, really any web site that uses others ads as a way to help fund their site. Placing banners runs from free to rather expensive. Check around, but this is an extra way to get your ad viewed by many. Safe lists and solo ad mailers are a lucrative generic MLM marketing tool. Learning about how these work and which ones to use requires time as does using them. You will need some basic HTML knowledge as well. This too, is a topic that would insist on being the headliner, not just an add on. Web site personal domain URL redirects are THE most important of all. Without at least one, you will not get far with any of the other listed generic MLM ways to market. Without one, you are a fish out of water. With sites like GoDaddy out there to help you every step of the way, all that is left for you to do is think of a clever site name, how catchy is Google and Yahoo? Again, how many words are there available to you in this wonderfully brilliant English language? They have NOT ALL been taken and you can come up with a great one. Try hard to be able to find one that you could mention in passing, that won't readily be misspelled, that you could put a sign on your car and everyone must remember it. Take it one step further and make it fit your business, the area you want to market in, or ask a question with it. After you discover a unique site name, make it your own. Get an email address to match, use it (without the dot com) as your username everywhere because people get curious and will see if it is not your domain name as well as your email address. Get a dot com if you can. Then put it everywhere. Better yet, send the redirect to a free page swirl web site rotator. Add any of your sites that can be advertised with a common ad and get more bang for your buck by rotating many sites with one incredible URL and generic MLM ad. Word of mouth advertising is underrated these days. I remember a commercial that they told two friends and so on. That still works today but even faster in this age of technology. Take this scenario, If you get told by your neighbor that you look nice today, you feel good. But if that same neighbor tells you that Mr. B down the street told her that you looked nice today, you feel great. How about this? You bought a new laundry detergent, used it once, and it was incredible. It cleaned even old stains. You then told your Uncle about it. He then tells his wife that you really liked the product. She will more likely get this soap because it came to her second hand. It matters more because it was worth telling twice and recommended to boot. It is human nature, people do not enjoy being sold but they love to buy. Article marketing is as simple as including a signature file on an outgoing email. There is such a wealth of information on this topic already out there, by professionals at the top article submission sites that I will suggest here to go check out some of the better sites and read the articles submitted by the site owners. They are truly brilliant and I have learned volumes from them. Another frequently overlooked generic MLM way to market is to go off line. Kind of like going off road in an SUV, the road can be rocky, but what fun. Newspaper ads, remember those? Are still as good a marketing technique as ever. Business cards, flyers, car signs, and bumper stickers. How about t-shirts with your web site on them? What a great conversation starter and have plenty of business cards on hand when you sport your site. The very best companies have lists of creative and unique ways to market generic MLM. Remember that not everyone in the world is an internet marketer, well, not yet anyway. So, there are always new people getting introduced to the internet looking for generic MLM information and business opportunities. Be sure that your ads are out there for them to find, you are offering them financial freedom and a chance to change their future. 4 Tips On Home Based Business - Before You Make The Leap
By Victor Dawson
Is home business right for you? Or rather, are you right for home-based business? Or, do you and home-based business go hand in hand? Whichever way one may put the question, the fact remains that home-based business is not everybody's cup of tea. Here are a few guidelines: 1) Before venturing out on anything new, you need to ask yourself what you are exactly aiming at, what is it that motivates you, that eggs you on to keep at it day in and day out. Many have left their lucrative day jobs to take to home-based business because their set of motivating factors included finding time for their kids at home, getting the freedom to do what they wanted to whenever they wanted to, finding the time to travel round the world, while at the same time not letting their work suffer in any way... 2) That thing about setting your home business on autopilot, leaving you free to venture out anywhere, anytime, does sound like a great idea, an enticing one at that, but like other genres of business, establishing a home-based business does take some doing, though it is a fact that the advent of Internet means you can establish a rock-solid home-based business in a reasonably short period. 3) While being at it, your home-based business, you may even have to be prepared for bouts of loneliness you may feel when sitting on the computer. It's all a matter of choices you have to make. In fact, consistency is a watchword-- Many people started off by devoting an hour or less everyday to their home business alongside their job, and went on to give up their day job with aplomb in a few months time! So, a key may lie in not giving up your day job till you are more than sure your home business is giving you income many times over what that job is fetching you. 4) Another key, often overlooked, is not getting tempted by every other business opportunity or money-making program out there. The apparently cliched quote, "A rolling stone gathers no moss" still holds true, you see! Victor, a copy editor by profession, is also an e-entrepreneur, and has been involved with a wide array of home-based business opportunities for the last eight years. He has hit upon hassle-free ways to carry on with panache in the fascinating and hugely rewarding world of turn-key businesses. And yes, he believes in working smart, not mindlessly hard. "Learning to learn" is a crucial step in being successful-- It's not another brick in the wall after all, as he contends. As for money-making scams, they are here, there and everywhere. Don't be fooled. Genuine, time-tested opportunities come to you as an eye-opener at http://rakeinthemoolah.com |

Top 4 Ecommerce Solutions for the Holiday Season
Are you counting the days till Christmas? Does the holiday season mean anything to your business? If your answer is yes, then probably you have done your share of research on ecommerce solutions to improve the Yuletide appeal of your online store. Days are coming by fast and merchants are soon ringing the proverbial cash registers for end-of-the-year profit. If you're running out of time and need a quick fix before online shoppers hit the checkout line, make sure you got four essential elements of your ecommerce store decked out! ECOMMERCE WEB HOSTING Online merchants are usually attacked during the holiday shopping deluge on their weakest point. They may be well equipped with an ecommerce merchant account, efficient shopping cart, a wacky website design, and all the caboodle but when traffic picks up, their stores can't handle it anymore. You, however, can: - Test your ecommerce store for maximum traffic and fastest loading times it can handle.
- Make sure the bandwidth is sufficient and your store doesn't completely depend on your server.
- Have your store open 24/7 -- customer service and all.
ECOMMERCE WEB SITE DESIGN Just as you would in a flea market, the more attractively you present your goods on display, the more online visitors are likely to buy. Excellent design means good taste and convenience. You may have your site dolled up with Flash and high-res images but if it took five minutes for a BCBG dress in a different color to load, forget it. Your ecommerce solution should be to: - Spruce up your site with attractive but fast loading images
- Put categories for gender, age, interests, etc.
- Emphasize the discounts and freebies. (Ex. free shipping)
ECOMMERCE SHOPPING CART 'Nuff said about shopping cart abandonment. Even though a lot of ecommerce solution experts have discussed preventive measures, people inevitably find a way to quit shopping on an ecommerce store halfway. If you're smarter, you should look at the essential details that your customers need such as: - Shipping schedule, cutoff dates, deadline for ordering
- Product page information: price, shipping, availability
- Policies and payment methods you accept
ECOMMERCE MERCHANT ACCOUNT/CREDIT CARD PROCESSING As my conclusion draws near, you probably would have noticed that all the elements in the truly prepped holiday ecommerce store are related to each other. Your web design meshes with your hosting capabilities; your shopping cart is tied up to your ecommerce merchant account features. Your ecommerce solution to getting people to finally reach past the checkout line requires you to: - Offer alternative payment methods other than credit card
- Take into account real time reporting and statements
- Make sure your credit card processing system is secure from fraud

Starting Your Work at Home Business The Right Way
There are disadvantages that must be recognized and dealt with, by acknowledging the disadvantages of an online home business, an entrepreneur can put together a much better business plan. With a better business plan, the home business is off to a good start. The right way to start a home business is to fully understand the difficulties that will be encountered along the way and make plans to overcome these difficulties. Working while in your most comfy wear is attractive because a person need not spend time thinking about what to wear and some savings on the laundry. A work at home business demands no formal uniform which means that any online entrepreneur can wear anything he or she wants. Unfortunately, what people wear affect their moods and their productivity levels. The comfy pajamas induce a person to laze around and sleep. To avoid this tendency to lower work productivity, the entrepreneur must plan on having a routine before starting to work on his home business. The routine may involve some exercise, a shower, and putting on comfortable and clean clothes. Having no boss is another great attraction for those considering a work at home online business. No more senseless ideas, no unfounded and biased criticism and the best part, there is no one who will dictate orders on what to do. But this does not mean the entrepreneur answers to no one. As an employee, he or she answers only to the boss. With the work at home business, the entrepreneur becomes the boss and answers to a lot of people such as clients, business associates, and even the family. In other words, the entrepreneur must still ensure that the set-up and systems of the home business must be working properly and efficiently. The clients must remain satisfied. The business associates must be given more income opportunities. And the needs of the family must be met. And finally, the flexibility of having an online home business makes the entrepreneur own his or her time. The home business owner can easily rearrange the work schedule so that other activities, such as doctor appointment and sporting activities can be done. But the work needed for the home business does not disappear. If the home business owner spend hours watching television during the day instead of putting together an advertising strategy, he or she may need to stay up late at night to make up for the lost time. To prevent this from happening too often, the business plan should include work hours. A Successful Home Business Involves Delegation
To be productive in a business, it means being able to delegate certain items. One of the biggest problems most entrepreneurs run into is micromanaging and attempting to do everything themselves. They are so used to having to do everything themselves, they have a hard time letting others take over in certain areas of their business. But, what things should you be letting others do? One of the items to think about is your time. If you have a very busy schedule, then you might not be able to do what you need to get done in your business. You know it needs to be done, but just can not get to it. This is a situation to let someone else do it. You can probably pay someone to do this and ensure it gets done. You need to be a manager, and manage the business. Sometimes it is hard to see the big picture and manage when you are still doing all of the smaller tasks of the business. Another area to delegate is when you just don't get paid enough to do something. Another way to look at it is if you will make enough money off of a product or service for your time. You may value your time at $35/hr. This is what you charge. But there might be certain areas within your business where the market only allows about $10/hr. This is a case where it will be more beneficial for you to pay someone else to do this. Focus your time on the larger parts of your business. Lastly, it might make more sense to pay someone to do a certain part of your business if they are better and faster at doing it. This scenario will allow you to complete more projects, get more business, and make more money. It also allows you to bid on more projects, or offer more services. Even if you pay someone 75% of a service, and you get 25%, this is more money than if you had not gotten the business at all. I have always said zero from zero is still zero. For your business to grow in the directions you want it to, it will require you be more of a manager. When you start to manage the business, you will become more productive and efficient at running the business. You will also have less stress in trying to get everything done by yourself, as this will not be the case any more. Delegation and not micro managing is what it will take to get your business to be a more productive one.
